We went to our cousin’s place this afternoon for an ocular inspection of the subdivision where we will be getting our house. On the way, I, Carol and Donald were talking about how the public utility vehicles plying the route are so wreckless in driving. Not long ago, there’s a vehicular head-on collision that happened leaving a number of fatalities. The mayor was so pissed about those wreckless drivers who are reportedly drug addicts. Of course, who in his sane mind would drive too fast in a highway not minding that they have passengers who could possibly lose their lives if they would meet an accident? If only the mayor could drag them all to drug rehab centers, he would definitely do it. The only thing is, drug rehab facilities aren’t that affordable not like Ambrosia Treatment Centers. However, it won’t be too difficult now to locate drug rehab centers because. Glad there’s an onlineĀ facility locator for substance abuse centers so people won’t be having a hard time locating for a center.

We’re not used to buy beef but I tried getting half kilo of lean meat the other day when I went to the market (now I learned to buy meat in the market for it is way cheaper and fresher than the supermarkets at the malls). I was planning to cook beef steak but ended up with Beef Ampalaya. This was our dinner last night and I must say it’s good enough for a first timer. It’s my first time to cook it and never looked for a recipe online. I just imagined how it was cooked. So far, so good according to my fans. :-)

For the curious ones out there who wanted to try this recipe, it is fairly easy.

Here’s how:

Saute beef in garlic and onion. Simmer until tender. Put Ampalaya (Bitter Gourd) when the meat is tender. Season with salt and your fave seasoning. Cook for another 2 minutes or until Ampalaya is done (do not overcook it).

I mentioned car insurance and health insurance in my two blogs and now I am here searching for an insurance solely for RVs and not autos. Good thing there’s insurance companies accommodating the special insurance needs for RVs so owners will be saved from spending too much should there would be problem with their RVs or just even some important part of the RV. That is what goodsamvip[dot]com is doing, offering insurance for RVs including motorhome insurance that ordinary auto insurance companies cannot provide. Hence, it’s always an advantage to insure RVs with goodsamvip[dot]com.
