Mud Pie Sundae

We had dinner last Saturday in Pizza Hut. Ace had pork bbq rice while I had lasagna classico. We ordered a personal pizza and Ace got the Mud Pie Sundae for me. The crew then asked me “aren’t you going to eat rice, Ma’am”? She think everything’s not enough for me that I still need rice? I wasn’t able to finish my lasagna and never touched the pizza. The dessert? I had half of it then I am so full! What we had isn’t healthy, I know. And as much as possible we don’t eat that unhealthy food often. Anyway there’s a quick trim burn and cleanse supplement out in the market so burning the unwanted fats would that be easy if I chose to.

I’ve read that camomile lightens the skin so it helps with the dark spots under the eyes. One article suggested putting bags of camomile tea as a compress over the eyes when you sleep to lighten the skin under the eyes. Being a fan of natural remedies, I tried it one time. The whitening will take time but the instant effect? It relieves tired eyes! So amazing. I wonder if it will also help reduce fine lines and work as wrinkle cream. If yes, then I would probably be putting teabags over my eyes everytime I sleep.

I’ve been drinking Camomile (Chamomile) Tea to treat my insomnia. So far it works from the day I started drinking it. Hence my nighttly routine includes steeping Camomile Tea and drinking around 2 tea cups minutes before going to bed. The result is amazing! It does not only make me sleep in no time but I had the most relaxing sleep ever! Feels like I have slept for 8 hours when it’s actually just four hours. I’m well-rested so no groggy and fussy mornings.

Here are some health benefits of Camomile:

  1. Remedy for stomach cramps
  2. Remedy for insomnia
  3. Remedy for Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)
  4. Remedy for Migraine Headache
  5. Remedy for pre-menstrual syndrome and menstrual cramps
  6. Burns and scrapes
  7. Skin lightening
  8. Reducing dark circle around the eyes
  9. Skin conditions such as psoriasis, eczema (I’ve seen eczema pictures before and after treatment and I must say it works!) , chickenpox, and diaper rash.

The list is actually long. What’s important for me now is that I don’t have to wait for the clock to strike four AM before my eyes will shut. If you have any of the problems above, try drinking Camomile Tea or using camomile as poultice or concoction (for skin problems) and you’ll be amazed with the result.
