Summer heat is almost unbearable that I usually crave for HALO-HALO. The last time I had one was during one hot summer afternoon that I had a terrible headache after eating this cold treat.

My version of siomai. It’s Chinese New Year. According to a Chinese former colleague, food for celebrations should be round. I presume Chinese have Siomai in their tables today. Happy Chinese New Year to all Chinese friends!
