Chopsuey con Canton
I am not really fan of Canton but the Kalabasa Canton is an exception. According to hubby, this is Chopsuey with canton because there’s more veggies than the noodles.LOL.
When I cooked this, the wok is already full with vegetables and adding the noodles will overflow it so I boiled the noodles separately and added it in the “chopsuey”. Hence we had Chopsuey con Canton.

Galing mo naman sis, na miss ko tuloy ang pancit canton ng Chowking na favorite ko,kasi ganyan yung canton nila, ma-sauce kaya ang sarap,tapos crunchy pa an gmga veggies.so yummy!!!
you did this perfectly, sis! Ganito din ako magluto ng canton. Same with chinese. they use fresh noodles. You have to boil the noodles first before they can be cooked stir fry or else it’s like eating flour.

Ang sarap na tingin pa lang. I’m not into Pancit Canton, but yours is making me drool.
Ang sarap sarap ng pagkakaluto mo–I love the colors of the veggies!!Parang nagsasabing kumain ka pa ng maraming gulay lol!!Puto kasi carnivore ang mga alaga ko lol!!^_^
