Native Chicken Tinola

Native Chicken Tinola that was served to us during our lunch in Isla Reta Beach Resort. It tastes far better than broiler chicken. I would love to cook this at home but it’s hard to find Native Chicken in the market.

i miss tinola with native chicken! oh, Isla Reta…i love that place. can’t remember the name of the island–it’s near Samal, right?
I think I’ve tried that ages and ages ago. May poultry ang parents ko noon at may native. Hmmm, now I feel hungry.
One of my favorite recipe…happy FTF!

Last time when i had my Native Chicken tinola was when i went to Aklan to visit my aunt, and it was year 2000!
True!!! mas malasa ang native kesa sa broiler. Mas masarap yan pag may malunggay. Happy weekend!
