Is it time for another fruit and veggie diet?

It’s been months since I had my “forced” diet for cleansing. Now it’s high time to do it again but wait, I need a fridge to stock those lettuce and green leafies and other veggies for my no rice, no meat diet. So I have a great excuse. We have no fridge yet so I can’t go on a diet.LOL. If you wanna trim down but too lazy to work out and yet afraid of theĀ side effects of diet pills, try to be in a fruit and veggie diet for 10 days and you’ll gonna reap the reward after painstakingly resisting the temptation to eat those fattening and unhealthy foods. It will do good to your colon and skin too!
