Bihon guisado with quail eggs
I was craving for Bihon Guisado last week so I ended up in the kitchen making my own. We don’t have veggies so I sent Che2x to the store to buy carrots and cabbage. I wish I could put cauliflower and chicharo but it’s not available in the store nearby so I just imagine there’s my fave chicharo and cauliflower in my Bihon Guisado. This time, I put some quail eggs to have a twist so that’s my version of Bihon Guisado with quail eggs
My mom makes yummy bihon guisado too! we haven’t tried adding quail eggs.. will tell her to add some! i like quail eggs
