Leche Flan is one of hubby’s favorite. I learned to cook this when he requested for it some years ago. It was a trial and error process for me until I got the mixture the we both love and posted about my homemade Leche Flan recipe in my first personal blog four years ago. I was giddy happy about my recipe but I still experiment on other mixtures. All were good enough but we still love the Valentine Leche Flan recipe that I posted before so I am stuck with that recipe.
Almost four years after, I found the post about the homemade Leche Flan recipe. I haven’t posted that recipe here so might as well re-post my recipe of the homemade Leche Flan that hubby loved so much.

Ingredients:
- 10 egg yolks
- 1 can condensed milk
- 1 small can evaporated milk
Procedure:
-
In a bowl, mix well all ingredients (I usually use manual mixer but you can also use fork)
-
Once done, place in a flan molder (llanera)
-
Steam for 20-30 minutes or until cooked (check if mixture solidified)
-
Remove from heat and let it cool before putting in the fridge.
Note: You can pour small amount of caramelized brown sugar in the molder before pouring the leche flan mixture in it. That makes the golden brown color of the flan and pour in the remaining syrup when removed from the molder.
the leche flan looks really yummy!
this look so yummy!! ruin my diet now! haha!!
