I’ve been drinking Camomile (Chamomile) Tea to treat my insomnia. So far it works from the day I started drinking it. Hence my nighttly routine includes steeping Camomile Tea and drinking around 2 tea cups minutes before going to bed. The result is amazing! It does not only make me sleep in no time but I had the most relaxing sleep ever! Feels like I have slept for 8 hours when it’s actually just four hours. I’m well-rested so no groggy and fussy mornings.

Here are some health benefits of Camomile:

  1. Remedy for stomach cramps
  2. Remedy for insomnia
  3. Remedy for Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)
  4. Remedy for Migraine Headache
  5. Remedy for pre-menstrual syndrome and menstrual cramps

    Oh do you buy a particular brand of camomile tea? I should try this because I always have trouble sleeping lately. And for my migraines too!
