Down and yet working
This is going to be a long day with pending tasks like reading about Gulf Coast Jones Act that needs to be done and hundreds of email to answer. As much as I wanted to rest because I am down with flu, I need to be up and working. Oh, the pain of working online. Even if you are not feeling well, you must meet the deadliest deadline – no excuses – or else, you’ll be dead…I mean your pocket will be dead. Unlike when you’re working in an office, it’s so easy to just tell the boss that you are not feeling well and so your work will be pending until you are well of course with a paid sick leave! Hope I could stand this headache and muscle pains until I am done with everything.
