Getting back in shape

Been eating a lot lately. My appetite is so different compared before that I couldn’t even eat a cup of rice and since I don’t plan to be on serious diet (read: less carbo intake or worst no rice), I eat to my heart’s content. I don’t think it’s fair for my body to deprive it of food after “working” long hours. So I just need to be diligent in doing a 5-minute exercise to get rid of the stored fats. It’s only lately that I realized I am not getting into good shape because of those flabs and I need to minimize it because summer is fast approaching!LOL. Why summer? Because it’s beach time and I don’t wan’t to flaunt my stored fats again. I think theĀ appetite suppressant reviews that I have read weeks before might help though I don’t wanna suppress my appetite seriously. I just wanna cut a little bit on my cravings but not totally limit myself from eating.
