Obese or skinny?
I realized working during night time will either make you gain or lose weight like you’ve been using a diet pill such as phentermine. Gain if you’re eating just to keep you awake, and lose if you’re like me who keeps on suppressing the hunger. That explains why people working on night shifts (most of the time) are either obese or skinny. It’s really effective if you want to gain or lose weight but not in a healthy manner for you are sleep deprived. Hmmm…I just hope I won’t go back to being skinny and that I should also eat a little during my shift for energy booster. Anyway, it’s half past 5AM so I need to go and get some sleep!
