Hubby just celebrated his birthday a few days ago. There was no big celebration held, but we sure are thankful that another year has been added to his life. We just had a dinner with the family and we rushed home after dinner because he has meeting to attend. (I’ll try to make a post about that birthday dinner later.) Well, big birthday bashes actually happen either to kids or to big bosses who are about to retire in their jobs, right? So yes, we are just happy about what we had.
But really, I guess it’s more challenging to find gifts for men, don’t you agree? I mean it’s always easier for men because they could just call a flower delivery for their ladylove—surely I could not do anything like that for hubby, can I?

Going to places and taking photos are one of the things I love to do. I have not gone travelling in a while, but I am still having this wander lust everytime I see photos of places worth visiting. Time and again I start to save up for trips, but still get to use these funds for other needs. I should probably start to be more serious about saving up this year.
Exactly where do I want to go? I should also make up my mind on that so that too, right? I don’t know if climbing a mountain would be a good idea. Did I mention that our country’s highest mountain is located in our city? For sure I would need to exercise a lot if I would ever consider conquering Mt. Apo. I would need gears too, like climbing shoes, tents. I don’t know if we would still need a wireless cell booster.
For sure it would not be easy, but I know one thing: if ever I would be able to climb that mountain, I would be the proudest and the happiest woman there is!

It’s a lazy weekend and I just thought of joining Yummy Sunday once again after a looongggg time!
Hubby got a GC from the exchange gift that we had during the Davao Bloggers’ Black and White Christmas Ball last month and we were able to use it the other day.
Here’s a photo of the Mango Belgian Waffle that I and Hubby had we we tried Yoh Froz Davao. The Belgian waffle is just too sweet for me but overall, this Mango Belgian Waffle is YUMMY!

We each had a large cup of yoghurt with three toppings but I failed to take a photo of it using my iPad. I am just lazy to resize photos taken using our cameras so I am just sharing the quickest and easiest way I can – via the photos I shared in instagram!
Have a Yummy Sunday!
