Camomile tea saved me from insomnia
I’ve been drinking Camomile (Chamomile) Tea to treat my insomnia. So far it works from the day I started drinking it. Hence my nighttly routine includes steeping Camomile Tea and drinking around 2 tea cups minutes before going to bed. The result is amazing! It does not only make me sleep in no time but I had the most relaxing sleep ever! Feels like I have slept for 8 hours when it’s actually just four hours. I’m well-rested so no groggy and fussy mornings.
Here are some health benefits of Camomile:

Sleeping problem
I say I already have a sleeping problem! Months ago, I can’t sleep until 12 midnight. Now I can’t sleep unless it’s almost 4AM! This is really making me crazy. Thanks to my work schedule that changed my body clock. My colleague is so concerned about this and said I need to change this sleep pattern. Meaning, I have to change my work schedule. That I will talk to my superior and colleagues in the department later today.
Since I’ve been awake after barely two hours of sleep, I should turn this to a productive one instead of just staring at the computer or reading my FB friends’ status. Time to update my blogs because later today starts another busy week at work and I may not find time doing my online tasks. So now I am heading to look for photo graduation announcements. I find something in one site but I wanted a personalized one (as if I’ll be using it).
