Here’s an addition to my recipes. We have tried Gambas Al Ajillo almost 2 years ago in Mooon Cafe in Cebu City when Ace’ HS batchmates treated us for a dinner and we all loved it so much! It was really delicious that I swore I will try it one of these days. Ace also requested for this dish but never got the chance to try it. Then I finally decided to give it a try last Tuesday.
