This is my 3rd photo of sisig here in my blog. Who could help it when it is one of hubby’s fave? So when we dine out and he sees “sisig” in the menu, he just doesn’t miss to order it. So here is Sisig ala Chema’s….Chema’s by the Sea version of a delish pork sisig.

Everytime we eat out and Sisig is one of the items in the menu, (regardless if it is the specialty of the house or not) Ace don’t pass that opportunity to order one. He just loves sisig…even the canned sisig of Purefoods. (in fairness, masarap naman din yun). If he feels he’s craving for sisig and dining out is not an option, he would get the canned sisig in the grocery or the one from Monterey (which is far more expensive than the canned one).
