Scar
I was staring at my hand earlier and could still see the scar left by accidentally hitting the upper plate of the bun grill when I was still undergoing a training with McDonald’s years ago. Since we are dealing with food products and work gloves is not appropriate, we had a food grade gloves made of cellophane for clean food handling. But the gloves is not heat resistant that when the back of my hand accidentally touched the bun grill, the cellophane glove melted in my skin. It was so hot and painful that burned my skin and after days of dealing with it, a scar is already visible. Oh well, that’s what somebody gets when working with heated equipments and for not being extra careful.
