The thought of barcode scanner just came to mind. I think it was this time of the year 6 years ago when Ace and a friend (now our wedding godfather) were talking about how the work process in Ace’ workplace will be done easier and accurate. Ace was working under Port Operations specifically shipping department with DM Fresh that time and checking of products being loaded in the vessel is done manually hence the high risk for human error especially during night time until dawn because checkers tend to be dopy. Checkers would just submit their output and Ace will suffer from headache of reconciling the data.

Why the barcode scanner? It was actually mentioned by Ninong Rino that barcode scanner could help solve the problem. Hence the reduction of people working as checkers will help the company reduce it’s manpower cost. Anyway, Ace is not connected with them anymore so let them solve their problem. Hope they have a better working system now.
